Tomorrow, as many geeks know is new video game day. What you may not know is that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 comes out. This makes for a good week- although I wish it wasn’t quite so nice outside, because I just might have to bring my TV outside. Apparently if you have enough points ( and boy do you need a fuckton) to make Xiayou into something that resembles trademark infringement it greatly resembles Sailor Moon. I’m all about the Tekken these days it seems. Here is an awesome fan video featuring a fantastic brawl between Ryu, Ken and Kazuya. Honestly, this is better than any of the Streetfighter and Tekken movies combined. The only thing missing is that you don’t see them fighting a bear- which is probably illegal in the States anyway- except Alaska. I hear it’s pretty insane up there. I admit it. I am a huge Tekken fan. It all started back in high school where my friend with the big TV ( oh, that glorious TV ) had invited us over for a party. The 20 of us wound up spending hours playing Tekken 2 and devouring pizza. I quickly learned the moves of Nina Williams and have been studying the art of cheesing ever since then. With nearly every one of her moves memorized, I was able to beat out gamers, which included several boyfriends. It got to the point that people didn’t want to play anymore…
